I AM PhenTOMenal!

I AM a red tabby kitty so Mommy found
this tail for my Tommy Thomas Tales.
HELP:  an illustrator to keep Mommy
from finding more images like this one
Goodness, goodness gracious, my Mommy Mommas is keeping her promise and sitting down this evening to transcribe yet another one of my Tommy Thomas Tales. This tale is about our one, and only one, BIG spat.  Oooh, it was not fun for me nor for Mommy.  Yet now neither of us remembers why we were so very mad at each other.  Hmmm.... I must admit that my stubborn streak may have contributed to our spat.

Very rarely will Mommy Mommas pull "human" on her kitty family - this means she ranks and we must abide by her rules.  On that very evening of our spat, Mommy pulled the big, big "human" and I was so very unhappy as was Mommy.  We went to bed in a scowl and I spent the dark hours in the main room, NOT with Mommy on her bed.

In the wee hours of the dark, Mommy awoke and came to find me.  Very quietly she laid beside me and told me how much she LOVED me, she was sorry we had a spat. Note Mommy did not say she was sorry, no not my Mommy!  Hmmm... maybe, just maybe, my stubborn streak is a reflection of Mommy's, may we say, stubborn streak?!

My heart was on fire with explosive love - I had never felt such a surge of major love before.  Never. All of a sudden I stood up, tail straight up, and told Mommy "I AM PhenTOMenal!"  My tail began flicking back and forth with excitement.

For the very first time I understood I AM - this means I for the very first time I glimpsed the real me, the one without a furry, furry cloak and who knows I AM ONE WITH ALL THAT IS.  Goodness Gracious, this is BIG stuff, very big.

Sometimes spats are the gateway busters, the gateway busters to new dimensions - that is what happened to Mommy Mommas and me on that very evening.   Just this very moment I understand it was the very first step for The POP from My Furry, Furry.  Oh, goodness gracious, what a realization.

So the next time you have a spat with someone you love so VERY much, remember it may just be a gateway buster, something really, really BIG. That is all for now - Meow Weow!

The POP from my Furry Furry

At 8:00 p.m. on the 9th day of the 10th month in the 11th year of 2000 I POPPED from my furry furry (see note 1>).  Goodness gracious was I surprised - it was so sudden, so sudden.  There was my furry furry on Mommy's bedroom floor without me, what humans call "dead".

The only picture Mommy Mommas
has of me, except the one took after
the POP - she is such a Scorpio
Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, my Mommy Mommas was due home and would find out I was no longer a furry furry.  I was very, very concerned as I know how much Mommy Mommas LOVES me - she took special time with me earlier in the day to tell me how much she loved me and so very much appreciated me being here with her.  Now she was going to be shocked and distraught - I was VERY concerned.

When Mommy found my furry furry and realized I was gone - she screamed and screamed.  I have never heard my Mommy cry the way she did, she was even having trouble breathing she was so very upset.  There was nothing I could do to comfort my Mommy Mommas and I felt very, very sad.

Yet Mommy knows my leaving is a celebration, a validation she has entered through the Gateway.  For so very long, Mommy has lived near the doorway and now she is through the Gateway.  My furry furry job was done and my role will continue from other dimensions.

The next morning I told Mommy about the POP and how exciting the experience was for me.  I let her know "The Crew" (Mommy's close pals - AA Michael, Jesus (she calls him Jessie), Isis and so many others)  did not tell me about the pending POP and I was so very surprised.  I told Mommy my POP was a huge celebration.

Mommy Mommas transcribed my
POP tale on top of Woody Gap -
she is fast, it only took 15 min

Very nicely, Mommy asked me to be quiet for a couple of days.  She told me that she missed me very, very much and it was important for her to grieve and move through her sorrow.  I honored Mommy's request, even though it took much restraint on my part.

Today, on the week anniversary eve of my POP, Mommy Mommas said she would be very happy to transcribe my POP tale.  I love my Mommy so very, very much and know she is soaring.  So much fun is in store for us.

The Tommy Thomas Tales door is open and I am so very excited to tell my tales.  Meow Weow!

Note 1>  Dudley, the High Level Intergalactic Furry Furry Alien, coined the term Furry Furry to refer to the times when he was in his kitty body.  Now the Mommy Mommas household uses the term Furry Furry to mean both the physical body and experience.  A separate Tale will give many more details.

The Tommy Thomas Tales, An Introduction

Meow Weow!! My name is Tommy Thomas. I am a red tabby and white short-haired kitty cat who lives in Atlanta, Georgia with my Mommy Mommas. My home is filled with lots and lots of kitties, all of whom were homeless and “rescued” by our Mommy Mommas. We all have great stories, but I am the first one to come forward to tell my tales, The Tommy Thomas Tales.

When I decided to tell my tales, my Mommy Mommas was so excited and told me that she would help me in any way possible. Mommy has told her friends my tales for a very long time and they were so happy others would now be able to also enjoy my tales.

As my paws are clumsy on the keyboard, my Mommy agreed to transcribe my tales from Felinish (kitty language) into English. Mommy and I communicate telepathically ~ that means she knows what I am thinking and I know what she is thinking. The only problem is that I think in Felinish and sometimes Mommy is “creative” in her translation to English. What is a boy to do with such a creative Mommy?!

Remember that every kitty has their very own and very important tales. If you ask your kitty to tell their tales, I am sure they will be so very happy to do so. They will even teach you how to translate Felinish into English ~ just be patient as learning a new language takes time and practice.

I hope that you enjoy my tales as much as I enjoy sharing them with you. Meow Weow!!
